      Hawkins Tree Service They did okay taking down the2 trees and grinding the limbs, but they left all the pieces of the trees all over the front and backyard. For this we paid $3900.We had to hire another service to remove the mess, it costed another $2390.00, but they did a great job.

      We are truly sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding. The yard was raked and cleaned. Only the big wood was left as requested. We only left after making sure the job was cleared as satisfied. We would never intentionally leave a mess and would definitely make that right before leaving. We were told the wood was to be left and someone would use the wood. We are truly sorry though if we did not understand that correctly, but wish we could have taken care of it before leaving, when asked if everything looked good. Please let us know if there is anything at all that we can do. Our sincere apologies! If you need ***** grinding please contact us and maybe we can help with that, to make this right for you in some way. Again we are very sorry you had to pay anything extra because we would have taken care of everything for you. Our intentions are to help and we always make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving or getting paid. Again, we are sorry!

      Going forward, in the future when we do an estimate, for leave the wood, we will clarify if the wood needs to be altogether or moved, to lessen confusion maybe. We were hired to remove the trees, leave big wood, and chip all the rest. Clean up the yard by raking and blowing off dirt to make sure a mess was not left. We feel really bad because we asked before leaving if everything looked good and really want you to know we would never intentionally leave knowing our customer was unsatisfied. We will try to make sure and clarify for our future customers so this doesn't happen again. We would like to find some way to make this right for you though because we are not the type to just ignore a situation. And we do want you to know that if we were contacted to correct this that we would have gladly did so. I'm sorry if we made you feel that you couldn't contact us to fix this misunderstanding. Please reach out anytime if you need anything and we would love the chance to try and make this right for you somehow.
