    We had our dog spayed here yesterday and we are completely appalled at the care we received. We arrived that morning to drop off our dog and were met with the rudest staff member at the front desk but we decided to over look her being so short with us and go ahead with our appointment. Upon arriving to pick my dog up the same rude staff member was at the front desk and informs me that we are being charged nearly $360 which is triple what we were told it was going to cost but I went ahead and paid because I just wanted my dog however the rude staff member went to get her and we could hear our dog yowling in pain from the back before she drug her by her harness out to the waiting area. I asked if our dog had used the bathroom yet only to discover that they had let her lay in a kennel and urinate all over herself with a fresh incision!! We were given no aftercare instructions and now our dog is having to be seen by another vet because she is extremely ill and it hasn't even been 24 hours!
