    Purchased a vehicle from the owner of the business *******************. Paid $2200 to have the vehicle re-cleared , all trim painted, and car detailed. Once I recieved the vehicle, non of these services were done. Including vehicle having bad transmission, non operational door locks, non operating drivers seat, car needing an alignment, and a leaking front rack and ***** at which none of these issues were disclosed. Owner promised a partial refund for work that was never completed, but fails to take my calls, and responds via text ,he will eventually send the credit but fails to do so. All other consumers beware.

    I have pictures and videos of the work being done. As far as the vehicle having a bad transmission, it is a wear item. He was told about minor issues being that the vehicle is a 1993. The credit will be mailed out tomorrow in the form of a company check. As far as communication issues, he was not being ignored. We spoke on Friday and then I never heard back.

    I have yet to recieve payment from business. Owner states payment was sent on 8/15. I'm awaiting to recieve payment to close this complaint.

    I purchased a 1996 Dodge Ram in April 2022. I didn't get the title and had to go to an attorney to get the title and the form was filled out incorrectly. I tried for a whole year to get the correct title from them. I tried by emailing them and he did not respond to me. My friend texted him and said it would have to go through the court.
    I would like the correct title given to me.

    This issue has been resolved through an attorney in 2022. She has already picked up the title, it has been corrected and received by ***** ****** in Springfield, Missouri. She is a scorned ex-girlfriend who has done nothing but attempt to wreak havoc on my life. All of her belongings have been removed from my property. Please contact the attorney for proof that the title was received by his office.

    That is correct back in 2022. We did go through an attorney to get the title which again was filled out improperly. He has current possession of the title and all the sales paper.
