    Extremely poor customer service. The staff act put out when you come in, they don’t acknowledge your presence when you’ve been standing at the counter waiting to be helped. They billed my Ins twice without me receiving my Rx while they stated they didn’t have the medication (lie). They discussed my medical information in front of other customers. The rude staff said “K” when I expressed frustration and that I was going to move my business elsewhere with no concern or apologies whatsoever. When I submitted a ****** review the owner replied with this response “ Jennifer thank you for choosing to move your prescription records to (new pharmacy stated). I believe the chain pharmacies are perhaps better equipped to give you the service that you require.” I don’t appreciate them publicly announcing where I moved my prescriptions. They Facebook messaged me and laughed when I tried to tell them I was trying to support local business but could no longer do so due to their rude behavior and extremely poor customer service including from the owner of the business. They said they are glad I left with an “LOL” at the end. They do not care about their customers at all

    4-5 years ago this pharmacy filled my husbands prescription under the wrong person and I caught it as I was walking out. I returned it and told them and they never apologized for the mistake and acted like I was a burden. Fast forward to today, unfortunately I had to visit this pharmacy again because of an antibiotic shortage for my three year old and they were just as rude and unprofessional as they were years ago. Again, I was a burden to them for doing their job. They did not communicate any information on the medicine nor did they even ask if she had taken it before. I left feeling as I did years ago wondering if they filled the prescription correctly.
