      I called the business to come out and fix on demand water heater. since I bought the RV in 11/2021 and I also needed dishwasher and refrigerator fixed. I had a leak underneath the sink. He sent someone out. I do not know what the person did. I asked the Owner Ken if he did warranty work and he stated "NO" and stated that you "have to pay up front" $50 service call and $150.00 an hour. and I said ok. The man came out. I had a sick cat and I needed to get him to the vet. I explained that to the man. He finished and said the bill was $575.00. I asked him about the $75.00 and he stated that he charged me for mileage. I was never told I was going to be charged for mileage. I paid him the $575.00. Before he left he was very condescending. He informed me, that you would have a trickle to go through the pipes at a very slow rate in order for the water to heat up. That did not make since to me. I paid him by check, and nothing got fixed. I bought a extended warranty that I bought the RV from. I called the warranty and was informed they we will have to contact someone who will work with the warranty. We found someone and he fixed everything except the refrigerator because it needed to be fixed by GE. I ended up paying new guy $145.00 to fix ends and outs. The dishwasher needed a cord, and that cord was used for a garbage disposal. The guy before never pulled the dishwasher out to see that it was missing a power cord. I get in contact with Ken's mobile and Ken stated that he would send me a check in the amount of 200.00 I said "No" I will not accept that I was not paying $375.00 for squeezing a tube. I never received a anything from Ken. I would like a refund in the amount of $575.00.

      In response this complaint, she had called us for a water leak at the garbage disposal they had in an RV that was leaking water. When we got there we fixed the leak on her garbage disposal, and she also said she had a problem with a hot water heater, dish washer and refrigerator that we did not know about. We then started to check them out. The refrigerator  is a residential refrigerator that we do not work on. The tankless hot water heater, we took a look at it to see if we could fix it, and also tried to explain how it works. She told us she had to take her sick cat to the vet and wanted us to leave. She paid us for what we had done, and then she called and complained about the bill. I explained to her again how we charge, and offered to give her $200 back, trying to be nice. She said that was unacceptable and that we charged her for mileage, but we didn't charge her for mileage. Next, she contacted the Better Business Bureau. I will still refund her $200, but I will not refund her the full amount because we had drove out there to assess the situation but she did not allow the time to fix everything, and some of what she needed fixed we don't service. She asked about a warranty, and I told her that we did do an extended warranty but we do not do factory warranty.  After the fact, and she had complained to the Better Business Bureau she told us it was an extended warranty.
