    I just paid for my storage unit 4 days ago, they asked me to leave because they believe that I am living out of my storage unit. I am not living out my storage unit. I would like a refund of my payment to them from 4 days ago.

    I was getting complaints about ********* staying in her unit. They had her on the ring camera, dog running loose not listening and approaching other customers. I have told ********* in 2 other occasions that she cant stay in the units not safe for her, us or anyone else. 
    I told her she cant stay there over night and she needs to hurry up here she was there for the 4 hours while I was at work she was sitting in unit. She snapped states screaming and then text. The text will show didnt kick her out told her she need to leave for the day dog cant not be off leash and to Clean up the mess around unit. It clearly was p*** and bitten mild jugs items in that nature. She moved out with out us asking her to leave or kick her out.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was never staying in my storage unit. ***** the storage unit lady however, had said to me months ago if I needed to crash there I could. There's not been any complaints about my dog approaching customers everybody loves my dog. He doesn't run around, the only time he runs around is when he's going out to pee and then he stays right next to me. The day I was in there for 4 hours, I was not just sitting, I was packing my stuff in my storage unit because I was told that I needed to be out of there there were no details given. Her words exactly were that I needed to be out of there or she was going to call the cops. So you tell me what you would do. So I absolutely stayed in there to pack my stuff. Never once was I just sitting. Also, I did not yell and scream at anybody that is a complete lie. The storage unit lady however yelled at me upon pulling up to the storage unit where I was packing my s***. She didn't even give me a chance to speak she was yelling so much and threatening me with the cops. You're right I am on the ring camera. Because I have a storage unit there duh. And I pay my rent every month so I'm allowed to be in my storage unit moving s*** around or organizing or whatever the case may be. On top of that it's a 24-hour storage unit therefore I can be in that storage unit anytime of the day anytime of the night! So if I am on camera so what I'm allowed to be on property I have a storage unit there that I pay for
