    I booked a tour with Extreme Chase Tours (*******************, owner) for the dates of May 10 - 16, 2022. On May 12, ************ learned that his business card was hacked which he uses to pay the participants hotel/motel room fees. ************** personal credit cards limit was not high enough to pay the aforementioned hotel/motel room fees. So, the only option available to continue the tour was that participants agreed to pay the room fees for the dates of May 13 - 16, 2022 with the understanding that ************ would reimburse the participants. ************ thought it would take about two weeks to send the refund by either check, money order or PayPal (I dont have a PayPal account). I am owed in excess of $500 for the four days I paid the hotel/motel fees. On May 17, 2022, I personally handed ************ the receipts for the hotel/motels fees. As of this writing (August 30, 2022), I have not been paid the money due to me as ************ agreed to do. I did not think I would be in this situation as I am a repeat customer and got along well with ************. I have sent several text messages over the past three months. Only one text said I would be sent my refund by July 15, 2022 which never materialized. After sending an angry text to ************, ************ responded telling me that her husband is in the hospital with COVID. Ms. **** stated in her text that all the participants had been paid except me. I gave the Deans until Friday, August 26, 2022 to reimburse me for the money I put out and ************ agreed to pay or I would contact the Better Business Bureau to assist in resolving this situation. I am hoping you will be able to help with this situation.Thank you
