    I purchased a motorcycle from this company March 27th, I was unable to pick up the motorcycle until April 4, which is where they told me the lien release to this motorcycle would 2 to 4 weeks. As we have now passed two months I cannot get any reply or text back from this company with information on the lien release. I have made several attempts and this is not just somewhere I can walk into as I live two hours away. are refusing to contact me back. It seems like and I cannot get the motorcycle registered since I do not have this piece of paper andthey are not willing to help. I am interested in returning the motorcycle and getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere and I have mentioned that, and they also do not reply. I have tried reaching out to the lien company themselves, but they cannot tell me anything since the lien is not in my name.

    Bought a honda recon 4 *******. Have taken it in once problem was never fixed brought it back to me. Now it is back in the shop now wont start just grinding and spark plug was pitch black. Picked it up last week, called 3 times and was told that someone would call back. No one has called me back. But when we bought it 2 months ago they said it was brand new but it is a early 2023. I spent $1,250.00 on a full 5 year warrantee. But being a few months old since we bought it they are not even honering there limited warrantee. When we got it home trying to start it is like a gun going off..back fires. Metal on metal grinding noise.
