    We suffered physical damage to our ** when moving to *****, ** in June 2023. After failing to find an ** repair service that would do the work, we contacted **** at Bulldogs as he has great reviews.He submitted an estimate & was paid late November. Since winter was approaching, both parties agreed to wait till spring of 2024 to proceed with the work. Due to ********************* the work had to be delayed (we are full-time **ers) and it was late fall before we could set a date for the work.However, **** was afraid the weather would hit so we agreed to postpone the repair work until spring 2025.I called him in March to touch ********* stated at that time he had some of the parts & would get the rest ordered. We had some discussions over the new awning & I ended up sending photos to him. After a few weeks I called him to see when we could get the work done. All this time he had insisted we had to take the ** to his shop but I now informed him my husband's dementia would make that impossible. I suggested that if he could not do the work at our park site, than he turn over to us all the parts he had, copies of the receipts, and the remainder of the insurance payment that was for labor. I also told him we would compensate him for his time.He said he would try & find someone to help him do the work (what happened to his shop crew?)At that time he told me he no longer had the insurance money and would have to see what he could work out.I tried calling him several times, left messages but the no calls were answered & no messages returned.
