    I don't think they should be able to imitate a persons signature on anything and they have my name signed and they should not be allowed to do it, I called them and they told us that this was their marketing tactic and I told them that I do not want them to use my signature for anything. I do not want my signature on any piece of advertisement they send me. This needs to be stopped immediately.

    We are sorry to hear about Mr. ***** ********** misunderstanding of one of our recent direct mail pieces. I have inserted a copy of our mail piece in the text below and circled the portion in question.

     

     

    The part in question from Mr. ********** is simply his name written in script.  It is just printed ink on a piece of paper and clearly not a representation of Mr. **********’s actual signature.  We have mailed out over 2.5 million pieces of mail and not another single person interpreted this to be an actual signature.

     

    Our main goal at Midwest Beltone has been and always will be to improve the hearing health of all our patients, so they can thrive and take part in communicating with their family and friends on a daily basis
