SCAMMERS! Took my $75 application fee and refused to return it. All apartments I was interested in were ALREADY RENTED, but they still took my application fee. It should be illegal for them to accept fees when all they did was tell me "sorry, that one is already rented". Why is it still listed as available then?

If I could leave a zero, I would my apartment flooded multiple times, and when I left, they rented it out without fixing anything, mold and mildew, all trapped under the flooring and in the ceiling feel horrible for the next person that moves inInvestment Realty Inc

We found an apartment and, due to urgency, agreed to sign the lease sight-unseen and were told that it would be about 5 days until maintenance could clear the unit. When I walked into the unit for the first time I was dumb-founded. Maintenance had not done anything in the unit! The apartment was presented to us with cobwebs in every room, dirty hand marks on doors, and a scummy bathtub, also. The worst was that there was thick mold and brown water spots on the ceiling, mold on the walls in the utility area, a water leak issue in the water heater closet with mold on the ceiling, and a very weak hallway floor and more- all photographed for documentation. Minor issues presented, as well. The property manager offered to have repairs made that Monday to which I advised them that the mold on the ceiling was a deeper issue (you could tell that it followed sprinkler lines and a leak would most likely need repaired as well as the flooring above this unit and more than just a patch in this ceiling) and that it needed more than to just be covered up with paint and I knew that the flooring and water heater issues would most likely take a couple of days to repair. I decided that I'd like to attempt to cancel the lease. The manager complied and they did offer for us to look at other units- I declined. Why would they not have someone do a walk-through to not only defend themselves and actually fix issues but to also be a last line of defense before potential new tenants occupy the property?! That Monday we obtained the few items left in the apt and the lease was cancelled - we returned the keys around 4:45 PM. Upon looking at listings on Wednesday, the unit was already listed, again. The photos presented in the listing are not of this unit. This company lacks integrity and is blatantly misleading individuals. I wish that someone would go test that unit and hold them accountable.Investment Realty Inc

******** through and through. Have had mold issues, exterior walls leaking, electrical issues, outdated everything, rotten wall bases, ignorant faculty. They put on a face, does bare minimum but don't resolve the problem. Have had issue after issue. As well as them attempting to force me to pay for things I'm not required to by law. They Attempt to enter unannounced and Then try and blackmail me or take me to court. Countless others have this experience as well and out of fear wouldn't make this report. These are criminals and should be forced to give monetary compensation to all their tenants for the disgraceful way they do business and the blatant rights violations they commit. All work orders that have been submitted have been completed other than the flooring. The owner has agreed to replace flooring and the flooring vendor has been by the unit twice but has not been able to complete the work due to your items not being removed. We provided you 12 days' notice of when the bed bug treatment would be completed and the steps you needed to take to be ready for treatment to which you responded "ok". When the vendor arrived you had not completed the necessary steps and therefor the owner had to charge you a service call. I would give them zero stars if I could. When we rented an apartment we took pictures of the apartment before anything was moved in, we took our check in (walk through) and sent pictures of all the things that were wrong to the maintenance department. We were told that " cosmetic issues are not taken care of between tenants, like painting and such", I sent all pictures of issues to the maintenance employee I talked to. Fast forward 10 months and I received a text message to call their office regarding " your previous tenant balance", so I called knowing I had paid my rent, utilities and such. I was told that I had a balance of $160.00 for "STEAM CLEANING THE GARAGE FLOOR", when i talked to an employee they pulled up the pictures I had sent them on move in day and decided to take the charge off. I was asked prior to their decision " what are you willing to pay" ,my response was "nothing", I had proof that they garage floor as well as the apartment was in the same condition as when I moved in. I had read multiple reviews of others claiming they were charged after leaving their units. I just want to warn anyone to "take pictures of everything before you move in and when you move out."Investment Realty Inc

We just finished with a major move --- selling our current home and farm acreage and finding our new dream home in town ?? **** ******** and the Investment Realty team were simply superb. Mike’s dedication and patience with us over the past several years enabled us to find the perfect new spot in town after living in the country for over 25 years.
