    My ***** ice maker stopped working and RX Appliance came out to identify the cause in 2022. It took a while for the part to come in and we ended up going out of town and I ended up calling in 2023 and the technician came out and installed a new craft ice maker and new motherboard. After he installed the motherboard he said now you have another problem, The door switch is broken and said he would need to order another part. This left a light on the outside top door that shines into a drawer below. It's on the OUTSIDE of the refrigerator. The next day I went to check to see if the craft ice maker had made any ice and there was still no ice. When I opened the refrigerator door everything was very cold so I turned the temp to the highest it would go. Day 2 opened fridge and everything was frozen, ***** ice maker still was not producing ice and the in door ice maker was not working either. I called RX Appliance to have the technician return to fix the problems. He did not show up when promised but came later and I showed him everything frozen in the fridge and that we had NO ice. He said what do you want me to do about it. I said fix the fridge. He said he did what he was supposed to do and that if he were me he'd buy a new one cause ** is ****. I paid $808.36 for this repair and it was not only unsuccessful but now the entire refrigerator does not work. I have since bought a new refrigerator but do not feel I should have to pay for the repair when the technician caused more failures on the fridge and refused to repair. The refrigerator was purchased new in Jan of 2022 I have ******** insurance and they refused to pay for an unsuccessful repair as well.

    Had the customer responded to us, allowing us to install
    the new control board and switch, this unit would be working as it should
    (Customer’s voicemail box was full so we could not leave messages). Again, we
    would have given the necessary info to ******** if the customer had provided us
    with the claim number like we requested on 7/20/23. Insurance would have
    reimbursed the customer if correct protocol was taken by the customer. Unfortunately,
    at this point in time with the customer attempting to cancel the payment for
    the parts & labor, cussing at our employees and getting in our technician’s
    face. Our staff does not feel comfortable dealing with her, and she has been flagged
    in the system. Appliance Rx values it’s employees and we do not tolerate this
    behavior. This all could have simply been avoided if the customer had taken the
    previous mentioned steps listed above. (Can provide the following: phone
    recordings, phone call log, email, text message, Invoice, Job record, and cc
    screen with 4% fee warning if needed).

    We bought an ** refrigerator from Lowe&#**;s 2 months ago. I called the warranty place and they told us to call H3135333738**33363634H. H3135333738**33363634H cancelled the appointment. I took off work for a whole day and they didn&#**;t show up. I took off work and they made another appointment, showed me what was wrong and it needed a new linear compressor but the ones they are putting in are bad. I waited and they cancelled and they never showed up. I confirmed the appointment and called them and they told me and cancelled the appointment. They have rescheduled again for another day. So I had to miss work and my daughter has diabetes and her insulin has to be cold. When they keep rescheduling I have an issue with this. I&#**;m missing work too and no one is showing up. The tech from H32**30**303436**3131H told me that the part they are fixing refrigerators with are bad. I have been a month without a refrigerator. I have to drive 45 miles to get something to eat for my kids.

    the tech guy was suppose to diagnose my refrigerator problems and tell me what was wrong with it. All he did is stick his hand in it. Yep it isn't working. Thats $100. Do you want me to hook up a gauge. That will be additional $50 .Do you want me to call a licensed freon tec. That will be $250. I paided the $100 and sent him on his way. Called another repairman from a different co. He charged me $108 and fixed the issue.
