    On February 6, 2023, I called AAA to have a tow company to come to my house because I had a key fob issue and I couldn't start my vehicle. AAA dispatched ********* towing..When I rode with the tow guy to the ****** dealership and when I went inside to check in with the service guy..I happened to look out in the parking lot from the service **** door and noticed the tow guy looking at my vehicle and the passenger side wheel was straight but the driver side was turned in. The tow guy called his manager and had his manager come talk to me and the manager said he never seen a tire rod do that and that it was not there responsibility. I did tell the manager that it was in a wreck 10years ago and another auto shop suggested to replace my tire rod eventually but it passed inspection last year. After the tow people left the service ***************** had the tech take pictures before he worked on my vehicle and ****** dealership advised that ******* towing was the cause of my tire rod and that my tire rod was not damaged due to my accident 10 years ago nor was it wear..****** advised me to report ******* towing to BBB about what occurred yesterday.

    I was on the highway and one of the tow trucks had rocks and debris on the back of the tow truck, and it flew off the back of the truck and it broke my windshield on my 2019 Kia Soranto. I notified them while I was on the rode what had happened. They sent someone to do a chip repair and it was beyond chip repair, and now they refuse to do a windshield replacement. I want my windshield repaired, because I should not have to pay for something that is not my fault.
