On 11/4/24 I was guaranteed a resolution to an order that was never delivered. I was also constantly contacting the store and door dash as this whom the store chosen to provide delivery. After several weeks of no communication from the store manager.I was finally contacted and told a refund would be processed and to call the store if I hadn't received it in previously stated time frame.I have not received any refund it's past that time frame and now the store manager is again not available to discuss or rectify the situation. I've received horrible service from other employees in efforts of trying to reach the manager and this point I will be pursuing all avenues to get my money.

On 4/6/2024 at 8:15pm, I arrived in my vehicle to pick up a pick-up order. When pulling into the parking lot, two black males approximately ***** years old, wete running around the open spots spraying condiments and throwing food at each other. When we stopped the vehicle in front of them (since they were blocking the parking spots), they both went inside the restaurant and were laughing behind the counter. A young female sat in the front as well and appeared to be a friend. I texted arrival to the store, and both males exited the store with our order. While the one handed the pizza box through the car window, the other worker sprayed soda at the male which resulted in the liquid going all over the interior, exterior, and my person. He was about six feet away from the vehicle when it sprayed. Both males ran from the vehicle laughing. I called the store shift manager to complain who provided me with the regional manager, ****, phone number. I called three times to leave voicemails and texted with no response. I also filled out the email survey with no response. I called the store again on 4/23 and asked to speak to her directly. She was unapologetic and asked what I expected her to do about it. I feel as if this situation was handled unprofessionally both by the employees and management.

We reached out to the customer and refunded her. She is a disgruntled ex-employee who is just filling out bad reviews on us.
