    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Urban Air Cottleville. My son was attacked by three other children and was wrongly accused by staff of initiating the altercationwithout any proof. Instead of investigating the situation properly, multiple staff members chastised him *********** was only after another staff member reviewed the camera footage that the truth was revealedmy son was the victim and was only defending himself. This situation was not handled appropriately from the start, and the rush to judgment was *************** make matters worse, another family witnessed this incident and left a review detailing what happened, only for it to be removed. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.I had just purchased a membership the day before, and this experience has left me questioning whether this is a safe and fair environment for my child. I expect better from a facility that is supposed to ****** a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The business is going to continue to flag reviews and get them removed. Instead of admitting they were wrong and at least apologizing they are trying to cover up their wrongdoing.I was told that I would be receiving a refund for our membership that was paid for March 18th it has been a week reaching out and no response has been given by the Manager on Duty or General Manager ***** ***** ******

    Absolute SCAM! Have had membership for over a year and am moving so decided to cancel and l they make it almost impossible.have tried in person, on phone and online now with no success. Just want my membership canceled. Have seen this as frequent issue in reviews. Market it as month to month easy to cancel. But almost impossible

    My children decided they wanted to go to Urban Air one weekend. While buying tickets online they said you could save if you joined the membership. Of course we did that because with 4 kids places like this are very expensive. We went twice and my kids decided it wasn't for them. Not only that but the employees are very rude to the children there and really make it less fun. I called to try to cancel and was notified that I could only cancel If I paid the 12-Months upfront. When I was asked to join the membership that should have been one of the first things stated, that this was a binding contract instead of hiding it in small text for people to look over. After doing a little research it seems this is how Urban Air gets a lot of people. I now pay $80 a month for something we wont use.

    I recently filed a complaint about this company because we have tried to cancel our membership with them. The owner gave us permission and he told us we needed to call corporate. We call corporate and they tell us they need to hear it from the owner well we are on the phone. They cant just call direct. My daughter was punched in the face by a boy well there and the attendants and owner did nothing. The police were called. The owner said he gives us full permission to cancel our membership but again when I call corporate they cant call them we need to be there. The owner is never there unless its an emergency. Going through bbb before I got the message that I am not even on a membership so I thought that they had cancelled my membership. However I woke up 2 days ago from another charge from them. I want it refunded and my membership cancelled since they are okay with kids assaulting little girls apparently. My daughters name is *************************. My wifes name is *****************************. I want our membership cancelled immediately. I had uploaded documents from my last report of the owners name and what number he gave us to call corporate.
