    On 2/20/25, I purchased a 10M double bazooka HAM radio antenna for the amount of $68.77. The money was debited from my account moments after submitting the order. I received a confirmation email with Order No. ********** along with details that also included a description of this specific antenna that we wanted. The $68.77 was debited from the account at 4:29 am CST on the 20th of Feb. and got the confirmation email minutes later at 4:33 am *** verifying the purchase. Since then, we have sent 3 emails to ******************************** inquiring about tracking information and when to expect the item. There has been no response from the company as of yet. After a ****** search, we did try to call the number listed for the company, which clearly does not work. At this point in time, we are either looking for immediate shipping of the item or a full refund. As of this evening, it has been 12 days since we purchased the item online. We have yet to receive anything in the mail nor hear anything back from the company. Due to the negligence of communications from the company, I was left with no choice but to contact BBB for a possible resolution to this situation. This should not be happening at all, but here we are. If the company is having issues with shipping and/or manufacturing, then they could have simply responded to one of several emails sent updating me as to the situation. Nothing as of yet.

    I ordered a 11 meter double bazooka. After about 2 weeks, I finally received the purchase. I tried to set it up, and no matter what I did, I was unable to get the *** below 7. I have a 2016 Sirio(sp) antenna, and a ****** 1000 mobile antenna - which both give me a reading of 1.1:1, so I know it is my equipment. I sent several emails to the company with NO response. It was noted that they only accept email as communication not phone calls. I finally sent them an email stating that if I do not hear from them within 24 hours, I will return the item expecting refund. I gave him the courtesy of an additional week hoping to get a response from him. Again nothing. So, I returned the purchase antenna back to sender with return receipt. I received a photo from ***, showing that it was dropped off at the address noted for business. I have since sent several emails asking for refund or some sort of refund (understanding that there may be a restocking fee). To no avail. I still have not heard back from them. Thanks,******

    We will refund the antenna within 7 days of this response. I will say he never emailed about a return. I think he used this product, and did not need it anymore, treating us like a rental service. We do not refund, we have a repair replace policy.

    We bought 2 11 meter CB antennas a couple of months ago and upon opening them we didnt like the quality of them so they were boxed up and returned. That was done recently and we dont seem to be able to get a refund. Please check into this and remedy the situation.

    As expressed on our website, we do not have a return policy unless the product is faulty.  The product has never been returned.  If returned due to faultiness, we charge a 30% restocking fee.

    My issue with Radiowavz goes back over one year when their product sold to me failed in the field. When I contacted Radiowavz, it was explained to me that the manufacturer of a part they used was delivering the wrong quality/composition, and was the cause of the failure. I was promised a repair, then a replacement, then an upgraded replacement, under warrenty, over the course of the following 14 months of correspondence. This culminated with an email that promised the upgraded product would be delivered the week of December 26, 2023. No delivery was attempted. Then I inquired again in February, 2024, which has gone unanswered. I have been openly communicative, respectful and immensely patient. Now I feel as if this treatment of a cycle of promises and dissapointment may have some underlying reason, possibly for the entertainment of the company employees who are not interested or able to correct this situation, or they have attempted to run out the warranty time period. The failure occurred well within that warranty period. I am hoping you can advise them to correct the issue with no further delay.

    Hi we are sorry that this has gone on this long. We did indeed have in issue with that product line, and we have since fixed the problem. We had an employee, after he was fired, delete all of our repair/replace info on all of our work spaces, to do just this, and hurt the company. We would like to send the customer the replacement he was promised a year ago. If the address is correct, we will be sending this out on Friday. I hope fixes the situation, again we are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Lost a team member due to illness, Lost work due to employee leaving, Sent shipment but not filed properly, Additional replacement parts needed due to incorrect fabrications, etc. I will withhold my release once the replacement product has been received at my location. To date, no notification of any replacement that has been shipped, and Friday was 4 days ago.

    I did respond to your last communication to me, expressing this business has told me Well send the replacement this week, six or so times. This is the same thing they expressed to your organization, and surprise, I have still received nothing.

    08/13/2024 AB: Called consumer unable to leave a vm, sent a email to the email address. ***************** through Outlook. 

    08/20/2024 AB: Called consumer, spoke with consumer he would like a call tomorrow at 8:22am.  

    08/23/2024 AB: Consumer stated that the business sent a replacement antennae in exchange for the defective one.  Consumer would like to close this complaint out but was informed if he has any issue with the replacement he can call back and we can reopen the complaint.
