      I have taken this business two cars of mine and they tried to scam me on both of them. First it was my sonata a few months ago I was told the engine was done and I needed a new one ok cool no problem. Fast forward a few months later I let another guy look and he found just the starter was causing issues. Get it fixed Im back on the road & maybe a week ago my older vehicle 2002 grand ******* I took in for overheating and they said its. A gasket $2k which is no problem but I took the car back home till I can enny up on the $2k and now my car is dead. Brand new battery brand new alternator car has never died on me not once but as soon as I take it away from their shop it dies? It doesnt make sense. & also my radio face was off it is an after market radio I have installed and when I go to pick my car up I noticed it was missing and asked the clerk he came outside and asked would it be in the glove box which I replied no it hasnt moved for the last few years and he stated oh maybe one of our techs took it off. Why? Their is nothing wrong with the **** system I dropped it off concerning a overvheating problem and these guys are going all thur my cars! I dont understand how they are still open and scamming people left to right. I once walked in on a older lady going off on the clerk about her stuff was touched and I shouldve known from there but I stayed and now look at me. Here writing an complaint. These people are not honest and looking to get over on who they can get over on. ******** is the owner that works there as well and you can tell from her attitude she doesnt even like working there. The least dealing with customers customer ********************** is so ran down. I have never not once felt like I was getting misused till I started using this place. Imagine if I did go with the engine and paid 8k and didnt even need it!!! Hate is not in my heart and never will be. It I hate this place! They pray on poor people and its obviously! Techs are shady so is the owner.

      In May the customer brought us a Sonata for a no start.  Upon inspection of the engine we removed to belt to try to manually rotate the engine found that the engine was seized and would not rotate. We recommended engine replacement.  the cost was $123.08

      The Grand ******* came in 7/19/2024 for engine running hot. We filled it with 1.5 gallon of antifreeze pressure tested cooling system the intake was warped and leaking antifreeze on top of cylinder heads by intake ports caused from alternator not properly being installed.  The customer declined *********************** and picked up  vehicle still overheating.  Driving a vehicle overheated can do serious damage to the engine.  The vehicle was left here until 7/31/24 customer did not pick up when completed we did take the face plate off his radio to avoid his window being broken since we had to leave it outside because the customer was unable to pick it up.  The cost was $63.08

      There were no repairs done to either vehicle the total cost for both vehicles was $186.16 for diagnostic fees he agreed to

      Took my truck here to fix the transmission, and when they gave it back they said they had to change the motherboard, which was never the issue. Also, the transmission still doesn't work as intended (the whole reason we paid for their services Then, when I asked for the original motherboard, they said that it had to be sent back to the factory; which does not sit right with me

      The truck was towed in by the customer for a no start problem.  Customer stated he had the truck at another shop for a oil change and it would not start so it was towed from there to our shop.  We diagnosed the vehicle and the ECM (engine control module) was bad,  we replaced it and the vehicle runs.  Upon completion of the ECM replacement the vehicle was test driven and the transmission slipped and shuttered between 3/4 gear.  We called the customer and advised him of the transmission repair needed. Customer came to pick the vehicle up and asked for the ECM that was taken out of his vehicle we explained the manufacturer charges a core charge if the old one is not returned to them.  The customer did not want to pay the core charge.

      Took my truck here to get the transmission repaired, and they did not fix the transmission. After their "work" was done and paid for, the truck problems did not get fixed.

      Last Friday, I got a wheel alignment and an oil change from them for $173. They claim they couldn't get a bolt off the back of my tire, so they couldn't get one of the tires off. They charged me full price for the alignment. We found the screw at ********. They told me I could bring it back to realign my car and I would have to pay for it. Then she told me I would have to pay $118/hr to get the screw off. My truck is running wobbly because they left the tire on.

      I was able to locate a invoice under the name *********.  The customer brought the vehicle in and requested a front end alignment cost was $110 this service was performed.  We advised the customer the right rear camber was out of alignment and the camber bolt would need to be replaced and a 4 wheel alignment would be needed for the rear to be adjusted.  The cost of a 4 wheel alignment is $216.00 and we would credit her back the $110 that she already paid and charge her the difference.
