    Auto warranty group listed above began unauthorized debits to bank account beginning 04-01-2022-05-01-2023. Unauthorized debits of $197.92 per month totaling $2770.88.

    All calls are recorded for quality assurance.

    We asked our QA department to review these calls from 2/1/2022 when the customer called in twice. First time was to see what this covered and the price. At that time the customer agreed to the protection but could not find his wallet.  Asked the agent he was speaking to  if he could call us back. The customer did call back that same day spoke with another agent. The agent went over details with the customer. At that time the customer agreed to the protection on his vehicle.  We have the voice authorization from  said customer to withdraw the down payment  of $250.00 and the 24 monthly payments of $197.92.

    The next time the customer called in was 8/1/2023 and ended up disconnecting the call with our customer service agent. The agent tried calling the customer back but got a message " Not Accepting Calls at This Time".

    I get mail from this company almost daily and phone calls. My car is a brand new lease and my warranty doesn’t expire nor do I need extra coverage. This is clearly a scam and my dealership told me to ignore them. That is fine but how many people are they going to take advantage of before someone does something about it

    On July 24th at 11:24 am I called who I now know is Eleras because I received a piece of mail regarding my warranty. I paid for an extended warranty when I just bought my new Chevy equinox. When I call the I explain the mail I had received they let me know that it was a notice that I needed to activate my warranty because it was about to run out on my car. This is my first vehicle and I didn’t know about warranty fraud. They kept reiterating that this warranty is so I don’t have to pay out of pocket at any Chevy dealers, so I was less to believe I was my dealer ships warranty company reaching me that I purchased my warranty from. They even knew that my platinum membership is about to end with my dealer. They were very misleading on who they were and I have the letter with no outgoing business or address listed on it anywhere On the phone the woman I spoke to said I have 30 days with a money back guarantee to cancel and that’s what I want. I want my deposit back and my plan canceled and to remove me off the list. They need to disclose that they are a third party service and not put a at that moment window of transaction. I didn’t even have enough time to research who I was talking to before they had me sign up for something that has multiple scam reviews through the bbb. I cannot afford to pay for something that doesn’t even work/ most dealer ships won’t work with. I need resolution immediately to this issue, as this has cause extensive stress. You can hear in the call how they were doing anything to get me to say yes and sign up the images I attached show the notes I was taking that reflected verbatim the recorded phone call I had with them.

    They sent me a warning letter that my kia sportage's warranty would end and call if I wanted to keep the warranty. I've been buying a car for a year and my warranty is 9 years or 75000 miles away. I am a foreigner and I am not good at English. I also don't know much about the vehicle warranty system in the United States. I just bought this warranty but I want to get a refund on it right away. Because they lied to me that they were factory warranty.

    This company calls me constantly and sends me mail. I do not have a vehicle. But ***** said that I have 4 vehicles registered to me. Says he can see all my information. Then starts asking me inappropriate questions about who lives with me and how I get around. That is information he should not be asking period about anything. ***** also said that they lost random cars on the mailers as a ploy to get people to call in so they can obtain their current vehicle vins. This is inappropriate and a violation of privacy. Bc the letter says the coverage is expiring and you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your coverage up to date. But no one has coverage through them. ***** also said they have an A+ rating through the BBB, which is a lie because they have a D.
    This seems like a scam company and violates individuals rights of privacy.

    I recently found out the factory warranty on my car was still in effect. This company told me that my coverage from the factory was not in effect and I needed to purchase their plan if I wanted to have similar coverage for my car. This occurred in June 2022, I was recently notified in March that the coverage on my car was set to expired. After calling my Manufacturer, I realized that I was paying for coverage that I did not need. On May 17, 2023, I wrote a letter of cancellation to the company instructing them to cancel my policy and to refund any money that was paid, in addition, and do not contact me unless it was regarding the refund. They began calling me for non payment of the bill and when I stated I had sent a letter of cancelation. The response was we know, but you only have 2 more payments to make. Then I informed them that they should have not sold me that coverage because it was not needed, because the factory warranty was still in effect at the time of purchase. I have not received any refund or correspondence from the company regarding the cancellation oor the refund.

    I have received multiple letters from this company fraudulently claiming that my factory warranty is expired so I can call them and pay them for a faulty warranty. My car is brand new and has less than ***** miles on it. I want my name removed from their mailing list. This is turning from a annoyance to harassing. You would think that they at least do research before trying to scam someone into paying for something they already have. I would like a resolution.

    Non stop HARRASSING mailings for me and my husband , I have repeatedly contacted their nasty business several times and asked to be removed. After being ignored I had to post on my tiktok my outrage about the HARRASSING and deception of these mailings from this unethical scam fraud company

    I have received about 5 pieces of mail from them and they all say you need to reply by a certain date or else. The paper lists their contact information as only the number **************. I didnt know who could possibly sending me this mail as I dont even own the make of the car they listed At the bottom of the letter, in fine print, it says Eleras Group. Upon further research I learned that it was not only I that was receiving unsolicited mail and being borderline HARASSED. There are many many claims of this company being a scam. I wish to stop receiving this mail and if they fail to honor this request, I wont hesitate to take legal action.
