    Wedding on 5/24/25. Deposits paid on 1/9/25and 4/30/25 totalling $5000. Balance $14,976.11 paid on 5/17/25. Received final invoice dated 5/24/25 on 6/3/25 after the event had been held. Invoice shows that we were charged for taxes of $920.96 twice. Using their figures, we have asked that they refund to us $920.96 plus $36.00 for service they admit was not received. Company chose not to meet in person or by phone and after a number of back and forth e-mails, the owner has stated that she will refund some amount of money to us and have no further contact. We are in agreement with no further contact. Providing this to express our displeasure with how this matter was handled and go record with our opinion that this company has some less than desirable business practices and has not proven themselves to br receptive to respectfully hearing and responding to our particular concerns
