      The Shower Company is a fraud, run by ***** Schrable--a pathological liar. He was featured in a local news show as a new company with a great business ethic and fair pricing and we took a chance on you Schrable! We were very misguided. I watched the interview again and laughed at his shameless self promoting.He does shoddy work and he knows it. He lies through his teeth and then does a disappearing act when he is confronted. His ****** ****** admitted that they did a terrible job, but said he had no explanation for it!!! How can that be possible?He and others who worked for Schrable on our 2 bathrooms said that he routinely makes promises to clients that he can't keep, for work that he can't do. That is the most truthful thing anyone involved with The Shower Company has ever said! In our last conversation with Schrable we confronted him with the unfinished and poor quality work, cheap fixtures he installed. I wanted these replaced with higher end fixtures that we paid for! In this bizarre conversation he said repeatedly thst he knows he failed us. We told him how disappointed we were, but that there were still things he could do to fulfill his contract. But he didn't even have a copy of our contract! I had to send him a copy. We expected him to keep up with his end of the contract but he never called or did the work. He totally ghosted us. He agreed he would swap out the cheap fixtures and said he'd get back to us the next day. We are still waiting 4 months later. He took nearly ******K from us. Hes a fraud. Most recently: the powder room paint is chipping off the wall and trim, the faucets are loose, the gold plumbing faucet kit that should have been installed was replaced with a cheap contractor grade one that could be fine for a coverted vanity but not for the open design we chose, the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall, the door handle is broken, and the paint on the door looks so bad we are having it repainted. Don't EVER hire this company.
