Not recommended. Reported withholdings incorrectly, we got an unexpected refund and called and emailed with no response since we had tax due per the return. We had another CPA review and are now getting a several thousand dollar refund the result of not reporting qualified medical expenses correctly. Now we get a tax due bill from the state because improper reporting of non taxable retirement benefits. Plus... he misspelled my wife's name and when notified he said he would correct, not. This is poor service, we expected more..

Hi *******,We accept full responsibility for the issues you experienced and would welcome the opportunity to discuss them in detail if you are willing to do so. Most of all we care about our clients and want to make sure nothing like this happens in the future. We process over ***** returns each season and while we would like to think we never make mistakes thats not reality, given the volume. Allow me to extend my sincerest apologies for any challenges you faced. After reviewing our records, it appears that we only have documented communication from you in March. It's worth noting that we have recently undergone a change in our phone systems, which could have resulted in missed calls. In light of this situation, we would like to offer a full refund for the tax return service as a gesture of goodwill. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to addressing your concerns
