    I have attached all documents necessary for this dispute. These documents were previously mailed by **** with tracking to the business on 09/17/24 and she signed for the letter on 09/19/24 and has not made ONE attempt to resolve this matter with me and I have no choice but to involve the BBB. The workmanship was absolutely horrible as indicated in the photos and it is unfair that we are out all of this money. All of the dates and details are in the letter that is titled "Letter to Seamstress". Please let me know if I need to provide anything else to help this case because I have it all. Thank you so much in assisting me with this.

    I wanted to communicate with both the mother and the client to clarify questions I had about the letters. I also wanted to know why the client signed the release knowing she was not happy with the work. I take clients' word as fact and it's fine, I love it, and a signature I took at as a fact from this client.

    I am passionate about the work I do. My heart is to serve, listen to my client and provide the scope of work required in a professional way. That business model will not change from Couture Designs By Lady Di LLC.

    The resolution in this report that the BBB provided is contrary to what the owner sent via text as I provided per the attachment. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because the day after our Zoom call the text supports ***** stating she sent the owner of Boulevard Bride a request for a copy of the invoice and once received she would be sending a refund and was asking for the name and address of who to make the check payable to. This was AFTER our Zoom call and the 40 minute conversation of *** signing the release.  She knows *** was upset and signed that release to get the dress and get out of there. The owner also knows that the dress being too tight AFTER alterations was discussed prior to the final fitting because that too was discussed in the Zoom call.   This was a poor job and a very dissatisfied customer and the owner just needs to take responsibility.  If she has a thriving business as stated and takes pride in her work, I would think she would want to do the right thing knowing this dress honestly did not look good and was not wearable.

    As promised, I requested a copy of the receipt. The receipt was received Friday, November 16, 2024. The resolution is being written today, Monday, November 18th.  A copy of the letter will be sent via Registered Mail.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I received a certified letter on 11/23/24 from the business offering to refund half of the purchase price of the dress and she wants the dress. We will not agree to that.  We will accept that offer without the dress or she can refund the full purchase price and have the dress like originally stated in the desired resolution.
