    I bought a prom dress for my daughter in September. We were supposed to pick it up in October. I called to see why I haven&#**;t received a update call about my dress. I was told that it wasn&#**;t in yet. I went back in November to pick up the dress and for my daughters fitting and it was too small. We ordered a new dress and I was told it would be in the second week of December. I called today and was told that the dress wouldn&#**;t be in until January. I never received a update on the dress considering I was promised the second week of December, Now I&#**;m not allowed to come to the store and she would mail me the dress. I don&#**;t want the dress mailed to me what if the dress still does not fit.

    The customer that filed the complaint came into the store and found a dress for her daughter and we ordered her a dress, but when they returned the dress did not fit, and I ordered a new dress and I took the loss and the dress got stuck customs and prom is not until 4/2024.  I called the customer to inform her of this.  The customer then calls the store periodically wanting a ETA on the dress.  The customer then came into the store being disruptive.  The customer has been combative and rude.  The dress has arrived and the customer is coming to the store on Thursday.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had little communication about the details of my daughter's prom dress, I was freaking out, thinking I got scammed, when I called My Beloved Bridal, the owner said she could not reach out to me about any updates after it being about 3-4 weeks late because she doesn't have the staff to meet all of her customers needs. I so am happy I contacted BBB, if I hadn't I'm not sure if my daughter would have her prom dress that was already paid in full. If there wasn't a problem there wouldn't be a reason for me to reach out to BBB. I finally received the dress after contacting BBB, I received a text message stating my dress was ready and was able to pick it up. I won't be using this company anymore in the future and do not recommend.  Thanks again BBB!
