      The alarm equipment works well and as described. The office team is tedious to work with as they are unwilling to negotiate any edits/changes/hiccups to the fees they charge their clients. The fees and/or service repair/requests are not clearly stated in the agreement paperwork; at time of original paperwork they were unwilling to edit any verbiage in the contract. We needed technical support for the cameras, due to the fact we received a new router from our cable company. Contacted the office as we were charged $99 service fee to "get the cameras back online" since the WiFi Password changed. I was not made aware this would be a "service repair" as it was just a changed password. We were not told upfront about this fee and we asked if it could be reviewed for waiver or reduction, for this one time only. Moving forward we would confirm any fees prior to. The office simply said no, without consideration for any outlying circumstances.

      Hi ******,Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the misunderstanding. Prior to installation, our office staff thoroughly reviewed contract terms with you on the phone and answered any and all questions that you had. We offered other solutions to connecting your cameras without sending a technician as well. Our contract states that there is a service fee when a technician is requested. We also offered to split up the service payment over the course of a few months if needed. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact our office. Thank you!
