      Been going to this car wash for 2 years no issues ! brought my 2007 FJ Cruiser the 7 of May for another car wash as I was going thru the car wash the roller brush came down to wash the roof of vehicle This was a mistake the employee did not disable the brush before I entered the car wash because my vehicle has a bar light on the roof the employees saw that when I entered the wash He knew that from what I was told by the manger of the car wash when I got out of the car wash it had damaged the light and support assembly I file a claim on thier web site got a response from the support center and said they were not going to pay for the Damage tried to get hold of their corporate office No response it going on for 3 weeks now !

      Their car wash broke my antenna on my car. They claim it was broken upon entry. I maintain it was not. They claim to have video or photographic proof which they will not provide to me. I heard the thing break towards the end of the car wash. Id like for them to take ownership of this loss and get my antenna repaired or provide me with the undeniable proof that my antenna was broken upon entry to the wash.

      Our 2018 ****** Maxima went through the Scrubbles Car Wash at ************** in ****************** on 11/12/24. After going through the wash as my wife was drying of the car she noticed several abrasions to passenger side of the car above&near the back wheel well and also the passenger side mirror was pushed back. She pointed out the issues to the Scrubbles car wash rep. ********* assistant Manager (did not get his name). They told my wife they would contact us in regard to this matter. I also contacted Scubbles car text number *************) on 11/12/25 asking for the time frame would expect a resolution to this opportunity&was texted 5-7 business days&someone from the onsite team would reach out via email that was provided to them. As of 11-24-24 I did not receive an email or text message from Scrubbles. I then texted Scrubbles on 11-24-24 asking for an update. The text reply stated all damage claims go through email&if I hadn't received an email that to provide an email address again and make and model of the car, and the date of the incident, which I did. On 11-26-24, I received an email that stated After careful review we have come to the conclusion that the damages to your vehicle existed prior to the wash.I responded to the email on 11-26-24 I disagree with your assessment. How did you come to this conclusion? On 12-9-24 I received an email replay "We come to this conclusion through our camera system. We also know the marks on your vehicle are inconsistent with the direction of our brushes in the tunnel."I replied with an email stating Due to your company not taking any responsibility or offering to resolve this amicably, please cancel my membership ****. Please confirm the cancellation when complete.We used the Scrubbles wash very often & have unlimited membership without incident. We are very meticulous with the car&certainly were aware that there was no damage to the vehicle prior to the going through the car wash on 11-12-24.

      On May 15 I took my truck thru their car wash. It experienced significant damages - estimated at $2700. They are impossible to get ahold of after multiple calls, emails, etc and now state the car is out of date to fix repair.

      At all Scrubbles 3 Minute Express Wash locations, we have a sign stating any and all things we are and are not responsible for at Scrubbles. As stated on our sign, we do not cover damages to vehicles older than five years.
