    Very knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive. I had been without a furnace for 2 weeks. STL Chimney worked with **** folks to troubleshoot & helped to determine the **** issue. He also saw that the flue liner was undersized & recommended a resizing a needed fix. Highly recommend!

    ***** was our technician and was wonderful to work with. He arrived promptly when expected and got right to work inspecting and servicing our gas fireplace. It had been inoperable for a couple of years so I expected some additional parts or repairs, but he was able to get it running without any added costs. He was very respectful and kept me informed along the way. The entire team were all very professional and informative. I will absolutely work with STL chimney again.
