Lindenwood is stealing the money of families. The financial aid department has no clue what they are doing and they should be looked into for fraud. Every semester my financial aid packet is incorrect and I have to fight with them about it to no avail. They will refuse to let you see your own financial paperwork to try to correct the issues. Finally, at the end of almost every semester, there is a random charge of between $1,000- $4,000 that they "forgot" to add to my bill. They do this without any explanation of what the charge is for and why it's added, then slap you with late fees for not being able to pay it on time. They will also give out tuition refunds because we overpaid, then demand it back because "they gave the refund by mistake". The university is doing something shady and hiking up the cost of attendance. Lindenwood is only in the business of making money without any regard for the students and faculty. I would never recommend this University, which is unfortunate because the faculty care about the students and want to help, but their hands are tied by the school.

This is a horrible school to attend. Every semester when it is time for them to issue refunds. There is always something that delays them. There is no communication what do ever. This school is a low budget school but is expensive. We never get OUR money on time.
