    In February 2023, I wrote to you regarding my condo association. I am again forwarding to you my complaints about our Greendale Manor Condominiums located at ****************************************************************************** condo, Unit 106, has had rain water that comes into my front door 3 different times. I feel it needs to be corrected, as we cannot predict weather conditions, especially torrential rain at 3:00 am. A proposed resolution is to get new gutters and relocate all the downspouts, but the Board refuses to do so. Their solution to the problem was to fill a large rubber tube and run it across the exit to the building&#**;s doorway, blocking walkways and stairs. An expensive newly sealed driveway (that was voted down) did not solve the problem either.Our hallways are, from time to time, inundated with either water, leaves or snow. One owner cannot open her indoor front door due to snow drifts.Many carport supports are rusted out at the ground level. They were not properly installed.The water sprinkler system was turned off in the early spring, resulting in dead grass, bushes and shrubs. This item was in our budget.Patio concrete is crumbling on my patio, as a result of water dripping from loose gutters.Our hallways are, from time to time, inundated with either water, leaves or snow.
