  I have been three times and they still can't get my dentures right first two times the bottom set wasn't right then the third time bottom fit then the top wasn't correct. I give up on them

  I had a terrible experience with the Folsom PA office. Snap ins on top partial in the bottom. It took 2 surgerys with a lot of pain and major swelling and bruising to my face. I missed 3 days of work both times. After almost a year my teeth were ready. The upper snap ins were not optically pleasing. The gum portion was orange instead of the pink color originally shown. They made me another set and they were very nice in color and actually looked like real teeth. However they were huge. When.compared to the original set they were 3xs the size. They kept trying to make them fit by shoving them in my mouth but they simply would not snap in place due to the size. The assistant became obviously irritated with me like it was my fault they messed up twice. The dentist became irritated as well and stated she didnt make the teeth. The bottom partial has been adjusted more times thanI can count and still hurts my gums. Currently Im wearing the temporary partial and have been for almost a year. I spent $12,000 at this place and the entire process from start to finish was a nightmare. Still have orange gums and pain whenever I try to wear the bottoms. Very unprofessional attitudes. There have been 3 different dentist at the practice that I have seen. And only one seemed to know what he was doing. I would never recommend anyone visit this location

  satisfied with the implant bottom plate not with the upper plate told them when i first got the upper it diddnt fit very good said they would take care of it or make a new plate if necessary took some time getting implants done for the lower now they said its been to long i have to pay $220 for the hard reline for the upper seems to me they never done anything so they could charge me i was told several times by the assistants that it would be taken care of office manager stepped in today said you have to pay if u want it done i protested she told me i had to leave i asked to talk to the dentist she said no and opened the door for me to leave a lot different treatment then when i first met with her and she sold me ********************

  Over the years this is my fourth pair of Dentures, I had 3 choices to choose from I picked the Premium they cost over ***** dollars, they are not comfortable they feel like I got a mouth full of I can't think of a word for it.I know my bottom gums are not shaped like these dentures I like to see my X-ray if I keep wearing them they would be the base the pink part to thick the material use to make them is not right

  I will never recommend this practice to anyone for a set of dentures that fit properly. The dentist made a decent fitting temporary bottom plate. However the real plate which was made this past April has never fit comfortably and is much smaller and covers less of my gums allowing food particles in and loosens up with bites of crisp fruity, meat or vegetables.I went back once again for an adjustment and the Dr. recommended a hard reline and expected me to pay another $250 for the reline. I feel he did a terrible job on my bottom plate and should be responsible for remaking a new lower plate that fits at least as well as my temporary plate that I am now stuck wearing. Besides the fact this dentist has no personality or manners at all his work is horrible! ********************************************* **

  I spent $14,000 for the ultimate package of implants and I have had nothing but problems! I have lost 5 teeth ,that broke off and fell out during dining! They broke my lower arch during a replacement of the silicone rings and refused to fix them properly and then sent the police to our house and threatened to have us arrested for trespassing if we came back to the office! I am now seeing respectable dentist to fix this mess! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!

  Just wish I would have read these reviews before giving them my $5500. Funny how all the reviews on their site are 5 star.After paying the full amount, the initial visit with extractions and denture placement went well...everyone was very nice and welcoming. It is after they get your money and there is no backing out that they couldn't care less if you are happy. When you call, new customers push one button and get service right away. Existing customers get a message that they are busy and will get back to you, also...they say 'don't leave more then one message'. This is a joke!!So, this is my latest experience.Four month old top denture broke in half on a Sat. morning while eating a bagel. Called all day on Monday (3 different numbers) with no response. Tuesday, I drove the 40 minutes to the office and arrived about 11:30. No customers inside but three employees standing at the front counter visiting. When I told them I was there because no one would call me back, I was given excuses and the receptionist never did take responsibility. Said they were in training on Monday, but still had three hours that morning to call me back and she didn't. Scheduled me an appointment for 8:00 the next morning which was fine. Got there this morning and was taken back at 8:20, they took my dentures and told me to come back at 3:00 or the next day to pick them up.This is terrible service!!! I asked if there was anything else they could do and they are so rude!! No one there cares about the customers. The training they received on Monday should have included customer service. Three trips (40 minutes each way) to get these fixed just because the employees can treat customers anyway they want to and get away with it!!This was just the last interaction I have had with this office, not enough room to write everything.

  Part of what Ms ******* writes is true - we were in fact closed for staff training on the day that she took it upon herself to make the 40-minute drive without calling to request an appointment. Had she done so, we would have been able to tell her that we were not able to provide treatment for her on that day and she would not have had to make that extra trip.As for "terrible service", I fail to see how repairing her denture and getting it back to her within a few hours on the same day is "terrible" - most other dental offices would have to send the denture to a dental laboratory to be repaired, which would take 2-3 days.And I can personally attest that none of the staff were rude or "treated her any way we wanted." Ms ******* even admits that the staff was very welcoming and nice and that she was pleased with her treatment. The only rude comment was made by the patient herself, who stated that this office "s**ks" and that she was going to leave a bad review because she was not happy.
