    The servo motor on my Nautilus exercise bike was not behaving correctly. I searched for replacements online and found Fitness Repair Parts had them in stock at a reasonable price. Placed the order on Sunday, they shipped the next day and I had it in hand by Thursday. After installing the new servo motor, the resistance settings are working correctly again!

    ******** company! They sent us the wrong part and when we tried to return it theyre only giving us 60% of our money back and we still have to pay for shipping to return!!! Stay away from them!!!

    We did not send you the wrong part , YOU ordered the wrong part. Also, you were aware of our return policy BEFORE you ordered. You had to consent to it before being allowed to purchase. You should have reached out for help ordering if you couldn't figure out what you needed to order instead of guessing.

    FRP is awesome. Needed a pert for an old recumbent Life Cycle bike and it was very hard to find as a new part. Chat customer ********************** person checked my part by serial number and confirmed fit. Delivery was fast and tracking was provided. Great experience all the way around and high quality original part that fit perfectly.

    Have used FRP before and typically fast and accurate parts! Last order I submitted (2/10/25) the cable assembly sent fit great and I was up and running, however I also ordered the (elastic) tension cord (2), only received one but the one shipped was only two foot of elastic cord, no fittings on either end. Also, the tension cords I am replacing are probably 5 foot long. Not sure what this is I received or was charged for (order #******).

    received order the oil leaked all over so lost 3 months worth. I went on the chat line and since I couldn't send a picture they said there was nothing they could do. So i am going to have to look around here to get the oil.The delivery was fast.

    We are sorry for your troubles. We are unable to create a damage claim with the shipper without photos. We tried walking you through several different ways of sending the photos. You can send them to us directly from your phone via live chat or email, but I understand you do not do buisness on your phone. If you are able to find someone to help you transfer those photos to your computer, you can send them to us that way. If you are able to get us the photos within 30 days of delivery, we can file that claim for you and make this right.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. I tried ordering the bolts needed to repair my BowFlex Treadmill. The parts ordered were out of stock and I understood it might be several months before I received them. Not a problem in my mind. 5 months later, I received an email stating I had to ***ly to the email in order for my order to proceed. I ***lied to that message and asked if I could receive the specs of the parts I ordered if they cannot deliver what was purchased. Should be a simple request. I did not want to cancel my order still, just if it could not be delivered to tell me what the specs were so I could go to the local hardware store and fix the treadmill myself. I started to be yelled at via email with the individual emailing back in all capital letters. I was told by the very bad ***resentative that they do not give specs out and I could find the list of parts on their website. Their website did not give any sizing or anything and I had been down that road already. I asked again stating that the *** could contact the manufacturer and get what I was looking for. The *** continued to email me in a condescending, rude, and all capital letter tone telling me I was arguing about this. I was not trying to argue with anyone, I just wanted my treadmill fixed. So I asked if I could contact the manufacturer for the specs and asked for the manufacturer's information. My order was then cancelled and the *** emailed back stating they did not want to argue further and to take my business elsewhere. This is fine, but why treat your customers like this? Does this company not want ***eat customers? Do they not put any value in customer ********************** what-so-ever? One of the most frustrating Customer ********************** situations I have ever been in, and I am someone who does Customer ********************** claims for bad customer ********************** situations. I would not recommend anyone go through this company if this is how they treat their customers.

    We cancelled this customers order after more than 10 emails in a single day. Very rude and agumentitive to our customer ********************** team. We do not supply the information of our vendors or factories. This review was placed after we asked him politly to take his buisness elsewhere. Here is the reply that this customer seems to have an issue with. This was told to him more than 6 times in 8 hours. "We do not categorize our parts by a parts size, volts, amps, etc. Parts are categorized by the machines parts list, part number, model number and serial number to our catalog number.If you pull up the machine by the correct model and serial number the ********************** listed there would fit that machine per its specific parts list. "
