Repeated scam letters to try and con us into buying an unwanted home warranty. Have complained about this company before and they told BBB that they would take us off their mailing list, which they obviously haven't. This time they did not provide an address in their scam letter.Business Response

After reviewing the file, we noticed there is some confusion about the sender of the letters you received. Our last marketing campaign to your residence was in August 2023. The referenced record IDs *********** and ARN13245621) are not from our systems, and the phone numbers you provided *************** and **************) do not belong to AutoProtect USA or HomeProtect ****
We apologize for any inconvenience and regret that we cannot assist further with this matter. To address your complaint, we have taken the following steps:
1. We have removed you from our contact list and marketing campaigns.
2. We will cease all future communications with you.
Please note that while other companies may send you offers, they will not be from us.
If you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Over the past years I've been receiving mails about a vehicle's warranty about to expire. I never owned the vehicle that was listed, which made it obvious this was a scam. I called several times to remove me from their mailing list but kept getting their unsolicited mail. Now I have started receiving home warranty letters. There is no business address to be found anywhere, which again makes it obvious this is a scam. The second home warranty letter I received today will be marked "Return to sender" although I have no idea if **** is able to return it having only a zip code and permit number.Business Response

This Company has been sending me intimidating & harassing mailings for over two years. they have been trying to persuade me to purchase "coverage" for my **************************** I have called ******************************* to remove my name & address from their mailing list & they have laughed at me, hoping that as I age I will finally succumb to their scam & send them money.Customer Answer

Enclosed please find copies of mailings I have received over the last two years from a company, name unknown, as there has never been an identifying name and address on the mailings or envelope.
HOME WARRANTY DIVISION
VEHICLE SERVICES DIVISION
I have called them several times, (as handwritten notes on some pages indicate) and have been met with derision and hang-ups. One representative did agree to remove my name and address to no avail. I continued to receive these mailings.
I consider this continuous barrage of mail harassing and intimidating. I believe I and other elders are being targeted, as a vulnerable population for this so called company's scam.
I hope you are able to put a stop to these continuous mailings and put this so-called company out of business.
I was unable to scan the documents when I filed my complaint online, therefore I had them copied and am sending to you.
I do hope you are able to assist me or else direct this complaint to other authorities. I have also written to my Senator re above and am awaiting a reply.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and providing us with the opportunity to address your complaint.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. Upon reviewing our communication history, I have noted that we have only had one interaction, during which you requested our company name and address, which we promptly provided. Furthermore, the majority of the correspondence in your records does not originate from our company. While the letters from *************** bear our name, the additional mailers you received are from various other companies, including the 24 home warranty mailers.
To address your complaint, we have taken the following steps:
1. We have removed your contact information from our marketing campaigns.
2. All future communications with you will be ceased.
3. Your details have been added to our global do-not-contact list.
Please be aware that we may be unable to prevent additional mailings that have already been processed. However, rest assured that any further offers you receive will not be from us.
If you continue to receive advertisements from us or have any further concerns, please notify us immediately at *************************************************.
