5 starsWorking with *** was outstanding. He is local to my area and came by the house asap to give me an estimate and was very quick to get me on schedule. His prices are better than anyone else in the area and he is very clear about the work that needs to be done. If he discovers another issue during his work, he handles it in stride. He communicated about when he would show up and ensured I had a chance to check he work, I highly recommend using his business.

5 starsGreat business! Reasonably priced. *** did a nice job on the cracks in my basement that were allowing water in, was a strong communicator, and a great guy to visit with. 5 starsIf I could give 10 stars I would! *** with Crack Attack did way more than expected to help get my Moms house ready to sell. Her basement needed a lot of work. He was went above and beyond what was expected. He was incredibly professional, and thoroughly communicated from beginning to end. 5 starsThis is a review of Crack Attack of ******************. I'm ***** ****** in ******. Found Crack Attack 3 years ago in 2021. Basement wall had vertical cracks. Contacted ***, scheduled quickly. Repairs to my walls involved repeated injections of various epoxies and sealants thru plastic nozzle plug-ins and then those are sealed. I had a wider and longer crack that also affected the side of a window frame. *** repaired that with the injections but also wide strips of what I believe is Teflon. As well as resealing my window closely by hand. Now, on August 29, 2024, *** repaired two different cracks and a water main's wall entrance leak. The water main was leaking where it enters the wall in the basement after a previous water main replacement company did a so-so job sealing it on the wall inside the basement. *** injected the materials and then smoothed by hand a large outer seal. No worries of that leaking again.Additionally, I had a crack in the foundation wall of my garage, visible from both outside (within a garden bed) and in the back corner of the garage. *** repaired both in similar fashion and I couldn't be happier with the ********** summation, my two experiences with *** Theisen's Crack Attack have exceeded my expectations. From the ease in scheduling a prompt appointment, to ***'s clear explanation of the repair materials and methods required to properly repair the wall, and to the work itself: completed carefully, competently, and for a reasonable price agreed upon before hand.I would heartily endorse *** Theisen's Crack Attack as your place of choice. Everything is clear and upfront from the beginning with no surprises of new, additional needed work found; or any sudden increase in price from the original quote to the actual finish. And certainly not the type of business to 'no-show' a scheduled appointment. Feel free to contact me in ******.
