The entire team was amazing to work with!The doctor was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also one of the nicest people Ive ever met. He took the time to explain every detail about my hearing needs and made me feel completely comfortable with the process of choosing hearing aids. His approach was thorough, transparent, and honest no pressure, no gimmicks, just real care.I was especially impressed by the transparency when it came to costs. Everything was explained upfront, with absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges. It's rare to find that level of honesty in healthcare these days, and it made a world of difference.The office staff were just as fantastic friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
