    These guys were so good. Very professional courteous, timely and knowledgeable. They installed a new HVAC unit for us and we couldnt be happier. It works great . From the office staff to the installers they were fantastic. Great company great staff !

    Incompetent or fraudulent! I hesitated to write this review, but I believe others should be informed. I will never return to NPM due to the way I was treated. I had my home warranty send a technician to assess my furnace. In February, ***** inspected my furnace, which was not functioning properly. He labeled it as "illegal" and instructed me to turn it off, claiming that a safety switch had been bypassed. Then, they informed me that because it was missing certain components, my warranty company would not cover it. This raised red flags for me. They offered to fix it for a private payment of $443. It seemed like they were unhappy with my response time, as they then went through my home warranty and provided misleading information. Suddenly, I received an email stating that I needed a completely new furnace for $5,000 out of pocket. They also claimed there was water damage to my furnace, which was never mentioned during the initial visit, leaving me feeling trapped. Feeling pressured from the start, I sought a second opinion. To my surprise, my furnace is not illegal; it has two switches, and as long as one is functioning, it complies with regulations. Additionally, there was no water damage, debunking their claims. I am extremely disappointed with NPM and cannot recommend them to anyone due to their questionable practices. Even if I did require a new furnace, I would not consider them. No thank you

Warranty companies often have specific stipulations and exclusions based on the age, condition, or compliance status of the equipment in question. While they aim to offer coverage, their decisions do not always align with the immediate needs or safety requirements of the homeowner. For this reason, our team presented you with an alternative solution to address the issues promptly, ensuring your home remained safe and functional during the colder months. You've signed a contract with them and they didn't accept the bill, it's just that simple. Regarding the claim of water damage and the need for a full replacement, our recommendations were based on observations made during further inspection and communicated accordingly. We regret that these details were not as clear during the initial visit, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.We understand that you sought a second opinion, and while it is your prerogative to do so, differences in assessments are not uncommon given the complexities of ************ and variations in inspection standards.     ***** came out explained the issue with my HVAC system and was very knowledgeable. The day of installation ***** and his partner were amazing and showed up on time. ***** was knowledgeable and very very nice and professional. They cleaned up very well and were very quiet and respectful the entire time. ***** was approachable and his partner was too. They were pleasant. Overall, I prefer ***** and / or ***** for all of my visits, they are an amazing team.

    Through my home warranty I submitted a service request in March for my air conditioning system. My normal service company said that I had leaks and I paid for a diagnostics that provided evidence of the leaks. No problem, heating and cooling came out through my warranty company and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the system. I decided to trust them, but then a few months later my system completely stopped working. Huge leaks in refrigerant which also caused stress to the compressor and I am still trying to figure out whats wrong. The warranty company sent out no problem heating and cooling again to which they said the only problem was that I needed refrigerant. As soon as they found out that I would not be paying out of pocket because I have refrigerant recharge coverage, after they were prepared to do the recharge, they went back to their truck. The technician **** T came back with a measuring tape and said that they couldnt do anything because the return that was installed was too small. Therefore they were going to decline my coverage. After having another company, including one sent by the warranty company, the original installation company, as well as my own technician again, they said there was no issue with the installation of the unit and that the air handler and return was the exact specifications needed. Additionally, as soon as no problem, heating and cooling rejected the recharge of my refrigerant, they were happy to provide me a $15,000 system replacement. They lied about my system being improperly installed because they didnt want to have to deal with the warranty company to recharge my refrigerant and then wanted to ***** me with a brand new system. I reported them to my warranty company and will do anything I can to make sure someone else is not lied to

When we receive a work order from your home warranty *** It comes with covered and non covered items that you have contracted with the home warranty. Please send us the reports from your other company experiences and we can explain why this was a non covered call. Our techs are trained regularly on sizing residential systems to todays government code requirements.     No Problem replaced both our units and we are happy they did. First they provide several different cost/quality unit options and then they completed the install quickly. They even helped me trouble shoot an issue I had several weeks later related to the thermostat (was from the old unit). Would definitely recommend them!
