      Absolutely unprofessional organization. When I called the receptionist, she told me a 6pm appointment was available for a couples massage. Then she put on me hold without permission and disappeared for 15min. I ended up hanging up and calling again. Was put on hold again. Finally after 30 minutes, I was able to speak to the same lady who told me the appointment was no longer available and that me being on hold was actually the line disconnecting. Complete lie. I can’t believe I wasted an hour on the phone just to be disappointed like this. I will NEVER ever give another dime to this place for treating their customers this way. The person who spoke to me was *****. Apparently a manager; which I highly doubt.
