    Safe Haven took my money and did not provide promised services. Worse they did not respond to ******** messages, email it calls.

    I hired safe haven nannies to recruit and hire a nanny for my daughter and another child. She collected 500$ from me and quit responding despite multiple attempts to contact her through texts, calls, and emails.

    I received a message on ******** about nanny services. I reached out to them to learn more and set up an appointment. I spoke with someone named ******* who was the **** She gathered information and sent me over a contract. Said the fee was $500 but offered $100 off for a special. I signed the contract. They took my money. I would reach out every couple days to try to get an update. They initially would respond back after a delay that they had candidates for me to interview. I would respond I didn't get them and ask for them to be resent. After days of begging for the info, they would send marginal to no information. They are now not responding back via text or email. I tried to call the number they gave me and the number is not in service. I reached out via ********, no response. I reached out via their website and no response. At this point, I just want my $400 back. Attached is the contract. Very unprofessional.
