      Custom ************ completed a deck on our home which included a covered roof portion. The quality of work was exceptional. They also worked with us in the early stages and adapted to changes that were made to improve on the design.

      Clumps of concrete in newly poured part of patio in March 2025, told owner by text no correction done. Mentioned to worker and nothing happened to fix. I do have photos. I was told not to talk to the men. Never experienced this in my life and I have had 4 patios jobs done in past.1 corner of patio edge messy and not a smooth apron appearance as the other 3. I do have photo.Never once was patio sliding door nor siding each side of door covered to prevent cement going on glass or wall. Stairwell never covered and it's white. Power wash removed paint (newly installed 2023) I do have photos to see actual area. .Power wash at end of job couldn't remove clumps of concert in patio, siding some spots of cement. Job fully paid back in Nov. 2024. May 15 work done. I cancelled roof project due to long time to just get a patio and removing 4 piers with replacing them for future roof work. Owner has known ******* is due me since May ******. I thought I get my check May 15j when job was done, he stop by my house with check. NO money back. Now, 2 weeks plus a couples of days now. He is taking care of his brother funeral. Sorry for that loss, but I lost my husband and sister with in 2 days. I still had to pay bills, take care of financials for 2 people all-in 9 days. And I got back to work. I heard many times in 24 weeks he be at my house to do work and no one would come. Cold and rain always told during this time. I noticed he was working pouring concert, doing decks and completing other jobs, if you look at his reviews. I'm glad the other people got their job done. I don't know what to believe. He did his screaming at me on a call, told me the men hated working on my patio. After the call, I was frightened, and just wanted this job done. He said on that call, I would get my money back. He needs to deliver my check with paid invoice; he knows where to put check. No calls are needed.

      Did excellent work refurbishing our 800 sq ft deck!Feels stronger than originally built. Did beautiful work on a retaining wall constructed for us several years ago. Also, 3 of our children have used them for decks and patios and carpentry. Priced right and we will definitely use them again.Very satisfied!!

      I recently moved to ********** and was looking for someone to add a screened in deck to my new home.Both my niece and nephew used Custom Decks and Patios for their homes and they were extremely happy.I wanted a deck with low maintenance and ***** showed me samples of composite ***** that were beautiful and maintenance free.Once approved by my HOA, ***** and his crew started on my deck and it was completed in 5 days.They did an excellent job.I look forward to enjoying my time out there when Spring arrives and will definitely call Custom Decks again when I am ready to add a patio to my yard.
