Premiere Water and Sewer understood the issue with the water leak on my property. They were courteous, professional, and efficient in resolving this problem. I so appreciate them for taking the time to explain the procedure. The staff took extra care in trying to avoid disturbing my sprinkler system and was able to work around and save my dogwood tree and scrubs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Premier fixed a long time drainage problem for us that we have fought for years every time we had a heavy rain. They were efficient and got the job finished quickly.
We were impressed by the politeness of **** and his employees and they answered questions that we had about the whole job.
Their clean up of our yard after they finished also deserves cudos.

Few things are more stressful than a sewer backup. Premier Water and Sewer came to our home and diagnosed the issue (broken sewer line) promptly and efficiently. **** knew what my plumbing issue was just by my description. He was able to fit me right into their schedule, called when he was on the way, and got the issue wrapped up in no time. He also took time to advise me on another concern I had and gave me a good idea of the cost and possible scope of work for a future repair. Fantastic company. Had to have my water service line into my home replaced due to a concrete leveling company breaking it. Quoted a price which was by far the best of all 5 plumbing companies I got a quote by thousands and after job was over price was less. He said because he didnt have to do as much as he thought. Clean up was great and they were very professional. Very knowledgeable and thought outside the box to replace my line without having to tear up my driveway. Great job and price. We hired Premier Water and Sewer Services when we had a service line break in the water line between the meter and our house. **** responded quickly, provided a competitive and fair bid, and was able to get our repair on the next days schedule.
