1 starPlease don't buy or rent from this company. They demand a large deposit for rentals and then find any reason, even when you leave the property in perfect condition, to keep your deposit on the grounds that it's not clean enough. I rented a condo for five years and it was in perfect condition when I left. I even paid my rent early each month. They sent me a small portion of my deposit back based on the grounds that it wasn't clean enough when I left. They didn't even send me a letter of explanation, just a small check. I'm very disappointed with this company and I'll Never rent from them or buy a property from them in the future. This is bad business practice. I thought it was a reputable company but it's not. They are just out to scam you and take your money. SO disappointing.Review fromSteve G

We selected Meyer Real Estate not only because we know ************* from church but because we are familiar with Meyer Real Estate's long time reputation of being a quality and dedicated business in the ****************************. Our belief that Meyer Real Estate knows the St. ******* real estate market was confirmed by how well the entire process went. Our home was ************, there were many showings over the first two days with all offers coming in over asking price within 48 hours of the first showing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would do it exactly the same again.
