    May 6 2024 Signed contract for new roof and gutters due to hail damage. Inspected and approved for replacement by *************************** The roof was replaced on June 10, 2024, but other contracted items not replaced i.e gutters and possibly flashing not done. We have contacted him multiple, multiple times, emails sent. Always an excuse, basically blowing smoke. My Allstate Agent is also trying to make contact to get the work completed as is noted on the signed agreement both with me and Allstate. He has already been paid $12,309.83 without the agreed work being completed. My ******************** number is **************. My claim #: **********. ********************* has left the completion, Allstate, and myself, with an incomplete contracted>agreed upon job. He advertises and A+ BBB rating, which is false! He has scammed me and ***************************

    AS THE CONTRACTOR, I MENTIONED TO THE HOMEOWNER THAT THE
    PROJECT COULD TAKE ****** DAYS TO COMPLETE. THIS PROJECT
    REQUIRED MULTIPLE TRADES WITH DIFFERENT CREWS PERFORMING
    THE WORK SO WE WORKED FROM THE TOP DOWN.
    WE SIGNED A CONTRACT ON MAY 6TH, 2024. THE **** INCLUDING
    **** EDGE WAS INSTALLED ON JUNE 10TH, 2024. THE REMAINING
    TRADE OF GUTTERS WAS INSTALLED ON JULY 8TH, 2024.
    THERE WAS A QUESTION OF THE **** EDGE BEING INSTALLED AND
    IT WAS INSTALLED. WHICH IS PROPER. WE ARE INCLUDING PHOTOS
    OF ALL WORK COMPLETED.
    THE STATEMENT THAT THE CONTRACTED AND PAID FOR WORK HAS
    NOT BEEN DONE WAS FALSE. THIS IS AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITH
    ALLSTATE WHERE THE **** VALUE IS $16,177.60 AND THE GUTTERS
    ARE ********. THE ***** FOR THESE 2 TRADES IS $17,336.80 IN WHICH
    WE HAVE RECEIVED A DOWN PAYMENT OF $12,309.83. THE
    REMAINING FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED BY THE CARRIER AND IS OUT
    OF OUR HANDS AT THIS POINT. THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION
    HAS BEEN SENT TO ALLSTATE TO RELEASE FUNDS ON HER CLAIM.
    ALL WORK IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT AND WAS COMPLETED
    EARLIER THAN THE INITIAL FORECAST.
    THERE IS NO FOUNDATION FOR THIS CLAIM SO I RESPECTFULLY
    REQUEST THE COMPLAINT BE RETRACTED.
