      Guaranteed roofing replaced our gutters and downspouts on March 19, 2025. Their team broke our trash can enclosure when doing so. We immediately contacted them to let them know. They contacted us on April 15th asking for payment for the gutters. We told them we would not pay for them until our enclosure was repaired. The gentleman we talked to at that time said he was unaware of us having a broken enclosure. We have not heard from them at all. I called Friday, May 16th to ask for an update and was told I would hear from someone immediately. I called back on May 22nd and was again told I would hear from someone. We have received no response and our trash can enclosure is still busted.There has been a terrible lack of communication even as we were getting our roof repaired with them last year. We need our trash can enclosure repaired. Due to the lack of response from them we are not willing to pay for the gutters and we are afraid we'll never hear from them again. We need this resolved as we could get fined from our HOA for the enclosure being broken.We understand the weather has been bad here in ************** and a lot of roofs are needing attention and as they pointed out on May 22nd, they have been busy, but a resolution needs to be made.

      We were fully aware of the damage the gutters did to the top of the trash enclosure, it seems that the project managers were not communicating properly but as a whole company we have tried to go out there to get it fixed.  We are doing everything in our power to take care of this.  We are negative on the job and ever since we have known this was a issue we have not asked for any money.  We are Attempting to get someone there to get someone out there that is competent to get this resolved.   My sincere apologies for not communicating this better.

      I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution. They have since come out and repaired the damage to our satisfaction.
