    When they came in July 2024 they said they could get to my roof in a month. I haven&#**;t heard from them and kept getting promises that they would come work on my roof and other things. I left a message last week at the main office number and no one has called me back. I signed a contract with them in August and no one wants to take the job since I did this. I want them to finish the job, to do what we signed the contract for and be honest with me.

    When you originally signed a contract with us, it was stated that your repair would take some time to schedule and complete. You have submitted a complaint stating, "I want them to finish the job", yet we have not begun any work at your property. We do not feel as though it was fair or necessary to file a complaint considering that we informed you upon the signing our contract that it could be a while before we were able to get to you.  Knowing that was the case, you agreed and we placed you on our schedule. Although you were getting very close to the top of our schedule (this coming week), now that you have taken things to this extreme and we do not feel as though we can proceed with this repair and would like to dissolve our agreement at this time.
