    Had this company do an estimate on my RV after hitting a dear. My fiance ask for a look at the estimate and how they got to $29,000. The damage was broken bumper, left headlight, air cond. a.m. and they paid for $1700 tow bill so estimate included that. The guy *** was rude and very defensive. I called and question a few things and he always talked around my questions and never gave an exact answer for anything. Just that there was no database for RV parts and hard to get companies to call him back with parts and no straight answers to parts anywhere so it's very difficult. I asked why they were charging $2000 dollars in paint supplies and $5800 in paint labor which came to be almost $8000 to only paint the front of my RV. He said that's how much it is. That's totally not true. It's only one color then he was gonna charge to paint the stripes which are decals. This guy wanted to overcharge because it was an insurance job. After trying to decide if I should come get it I asked abput parts. I heard a few different answers. One answer was they where "trickling in". Another was they stop because I didn't sign a work order. I gave approval on Feb. 22nd and they didn't send a work order until March 21st a day after my fiance asked for a copy of the estimate. Then I heard parts wasn't ordered yet. Be careful with there estimates and question them if you think something isn't right. When he starts talking in circles around your questions and gives you the salesman explanation you know they're not being honest!! I get making a little money but this was an absolutely ridiculous very excessive estimate!! Go somewhere else!!
