    On January 8th, 2025 I contacted my insurance which is through ******. They then contacted ***** who sent out a tow company. The tow company they dispatched was Plus Tow and Transport. To tow my truck since I had a flat tire. The tow company then towed my truck to ********************. I picked up my truck the next day and noticed the tow company curbed and gouged every wheel of mine and they also damaged my ABS rear wheel speed sensor and wiring harness. ******************** advised that my truck had several warning lights on my dash once the tow truck driver brought my truck to them and also my wheels were damaged. I attempted to contact Plush Tow and Transport however they do not have a valid number to contact them at. They also do not have a valid website and the address they have on file is not valid. I looked up their DOT # on safer and it shows their DOT is not in compliance nor do they have a valid insurance certificate on display. Several websites show that the tow company tow status is invalid / inactive. They are not supposed to be towing vehicles. The insurance and ***** should never have dispatched this company. I contacted ***** to file a claim for damages however they refused my claim due to the damaged wheels not being labeled and that they cant prove the tow company was liable evening though I have pictures of my truck two days before the tow which showed no damage to the wheels. The company has costed me 4k in damages. I have the estimate as well for both the wheels and wheel speed sensor. Their operating authority status shows they are not authorized to be towing vehicles. Their DOT shows they are inactive. My truck is not safe to drive to due having my safety features on my truck disabled due to the damaged rear wheel speed sensors

    We take all customer concerns seriously, and were disappointed to see continued false accusations in your review.

    To clarify: Youve alleged over $4,000 in damages on three separate occasions. Each time, your insurance agency has investigated and determined that we are not at fault. We have cooperated fully with all inquiries and have been cleared of any liability.

    Your claim that we are not DOT compliant is entirely inaccurate. Our company maintains a valid insurance policy and active DOT compliance, with no outstanding safety issuesonly a minor clerical error, which does not affect our legal standing or service quality.

    We understand the frustration of dealing with vehicle issues, but repeatedly seeking compensation for damages we did not causeespecially after formal investigationscrosses into harassment.

    We stand by the integrity of our services and the conclusions of your own insurance provider. We encourage you to pursue resolution through the proper legal channels if you still believe there is a valid claim, rather than making misleading public statements.

     Agero just contacted me saying that they did find the tow company liable for the damages to some of my wheels. An estimate was sent to ***** with how much the damage was. They are in the stage of coming up with a resolution now.

    We respectfully submit this as our final response regarding this ongoing matter.


    We have addressed this individuals claims multiple times through various platforms, including Yelp, our vendor Agero, and other forums. In each instance, after a thorough review of the facts and evidence, we have been found not liable for the alleged damages. This is now the fifth time this individual has attempted to escalate the same complaint through a different channel, despite no new information or substantiated evidence being presented.


    It is important to note that we are not a member of the Better Business Bureau, and as such, we are not obligated to engage further in this repetitive process. However, in the interest of professionalism and transparency, we are submitting this final clarification.


    The complainants narrative continues to be inconsistent and contradictoryon one hand, stating he is in the process of receiving compensation, while on the other, pursuing yet another complaint. This contradiction underscores a pattern of baseless accusations designed more to defame than to resolve.


    We are a reputable company with a proven record of integrity and customer service. While we wish the complainant the best, we will not continue to entertain these redundant and meritless claims.
