    I entered into a gaming tournament. I paid an entry fee of $20 and was trespassed from the property afterwards due to customer complaints against me. I would like the entry fee returned to me, as well as the $600 worth of prize support I won. Thank you.

    The customer has had a previous problems in our store, and was banned for 1 year due to harming the experience of others. They were warned multiple times that their hygiene was a problem that need to be fixed. We allowed them back a week or 2 before this incident took place. In that time they showed no improvement, and I receive 20+ complaints from customers, and employees. This tournament was the tipping point. I approached them to ask them to rectify the situation. They ignored any response to me called for them or saying their name, later claiming that they knew they were going to be kicked out, so they just didn't respond. They began cussing, and expressing their frustration, so I asked them to leave, and they refused. They demanded their entry back, and the entire prizing for the top 8 of the tournament. At this point they had been disqualified from the tournament, and I gave them a refund (I have attached a picture of the refund happening). They were still refusing to leave so I called the police, and had them trespassed. While I was calling, my assistant manager did get them to go outside. They are not entitled to any prizing. That was for players that got 1st-8th place in the tournament. This person was disqualified well before the top placings were even determined.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    They have missed quite a few crucial details about the situation at hand. One, that picture is not of me. I am nowhere in the picture they provided claiming they gave me my $20 entry fee back or is the money. They also decided to wait until not only the tournament started, but I had already won my games. Also the fact they claimed me asking for prizing that I felt I deserved at that point was extortion of them. If , as they say, there had been 20+ complaints of my body odor the 2 previous times I had visited that week; then why not ban me the moment I arrived that Saturday? Why wait and give me the chance to buy in and play the tournament? That is what I do not understand about the current situation. I am fine never going back to this establishment again. I just would like at least compensation for my entry into the event I played in and was unfairly disqualified from. That is all. Hope you all have a better life.

    That is the customer in the picture. Video can be provided if needed. Our actions were appropriate, and justified. Again, they were not kicked out for bad hygiene, they were simply going to be given the chance to remedy the situation. They escalated it by ignoring me, and cussing, demanding all the tournament prizes.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    They are twisting the narrative as if to seem i made a scene in their store. I did not curse at any person during this altercation for one. I did not demand the full tournament prizing for two. I also only chose to ignore the manager at the time as I felt it would escalate the situation if I didn't at the time. It was not my intention to cause any sort of altercation since being allowed back to their establishment. I intentionally tried to shy away from other patrons and employees to avoid causing any unnecessary problems that could arise. I was a patron of theirs ever since 2016, and only wished to remain one as an outlet for my severe depression and anxiety. I hope the best for their business and the people who run it, I just feel that this situation could have been handled better if they had brought it to my attention sooner on that day. It made no sense to let me play in their tournament I paid an entry fee for, only to let me play 1 round and kick me out over a disagreement.
