    I went in and got 2 footlong sandwiches and a soda... I used a coupon for buy one footlong and a soda and get the second footlong free.. not only did they not give me my second footlong for free but the guy charged me for 2 meals... I got home looked at my receipt and realized it... I had to work the next day u til 4 pm.. I know that the managers are only at this store in the morning... so I go to subway the next morning and the manager, who is a 19 year old child... tells me they cannot refund my money for the extra footlong they charged me for because it has been more than a day... I explained the fact that I work and go to classes and that this was the first chance I got to get there and make the complaint... they still denied me of my money.. they took my receipt and my other coupons I still had, excluding the one that had been used and told me to leave the store.. I want my money back this is not right.. they cannot do that to people.. I would even go as far as saying this place need to be shut down.. while I was there I observed a girl wiping her nose then continued to make someone's sandwich with the same hand she just wiped her nose with.. and their attitudes where completely unprofessional.. everything about this place is unprofessional...it's being run by children..

    I went to Subway, we ordered 2 footlongs. I ate half way through the second half, I saw hair and fuzz and I threw it in the trash can. I would like to get my money back

    The customer called the store and manager told her to bring the sandwich back in and we would take care it. The customer never bought the sandwich back in.
