    Called this company to get a quote for ceramic window tint, they were up front and said if you want something darker than 20% you would have to prepay because they don't keep anything darker than 20% on hand. We ordered 5% and prepaid like we were told. Went to pick it up, they put 20% on the vehicle. They did the correct windows and everything was on time, but what we asked for and what we paid for was incorrect and spoke about before leaving with the vehicle. Spoke with the boss man, they apologized because it was a miscommunication on their end. They said if we would like we can bring it back in and they would redo it for what asked for and paid for. Went and picked it up the second time and they just laid 20% on top of the first layer of 20% they put on the windows. Might sound great to some of you, but no its not. It voids out the warranty of the tint, and it isn't what we originally agreed upon and paid for from the beginning. Their reasoning is that they would have had to buy a whole roll of 5% ceramic tint and they just don't sell enough of that to buy it. They were up front with us in the beginning saying they don't stock it and that we would have to prepay, which we appreciate and we were fine with, but then they come back saying they don't sell enough of it to order it. You quoted me what it should take to order it, so keep being up front with you customers or do what you agreed to in the beginning.Otherwise how they laid the tint on looks great, no bubbles or tears.
