      Two issues: 1. Insurance was **** ***** who paid for services of 7-11-2015. I've been contacted several times over the years by NWF for this as a collection. I have the receipt that is paid in full 7-11-2015.
      2. Insurance was ***** who paid for services of 5-2-2020. NWF told me it's a write off an I still owe them. I have the receipt where it was refiled an paid by ***** 5-13-2022.
      I went to the downtown office. They were super rude. Failed to see any of the receipts I had to offer 1-2023. I have dealt several times with both accounts on clearing the delinquent issues. I have receipts that NWF failed to even look at when offered. It was about 830 when I arrived in the office, I was addressed by: I need to log on to my computer. Another gal also stepped in telling me I'm responsible for these two debts. I have receipts they are both paid in full. I've been dealing with these same two accounts that are paid in full over a year with this company. I ask what do you need. The gal told me to pay my bill. It's paid in full. How do you handle nonsense?

      The billing department has failed to return requested information to process the first complaint properly. They are still waiting on the return of information to process the billing issue. The second billing issue has been addressed, and while it is also missing important information, it currently shows a zero balance.

      I called Northwest Financial Services to settle a medical debt that went into collections. I gave them my social security number. Then I learned that you are not supposed to do that unless you have a license number for the business to make sure they are legitimate debt collectors. I called back to get the license number, and my mother who I authorized with them to speak on my behalf, called as well. Both times they sent me to another department which went to voicemail. I am not sure how to verify if I gave my social security number to a legitimate entity or if I need to report that my identity may have been stolen. If they are a legitimate business it should be much easier than this to verify that.

      08/17/2018 dental visit
      the account was sent to collections sometime after that. The collection agency has been holding it until I completed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. They are now calling and sending letters to collect, but will not provide a statement of the charges. When I tried speaking with a rep from the collection agency to advise I will not make a payment until I know the charges, her exact reply was "well it has been here since 2019 you're not going to pay it anyway". Very unprofessional.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like a copy of the call recording. The Representative did say the bill won’t be paid. I do not wish to speak with anyone at an office so rude again. I will agree to pay the original balance without any late or service fees if the account will be marked as paid in full.

      The recording is not available for transfer however if *** ******* wishes to listen to the call she come to our office and I will be more than happy to assist her in her request.  As for late fees and service fees there are none on the account only statutory interest at the rate of 9% per annum.

      I am rejecting this response because:that is completely unrealistic to expect someone to come to your office. I was in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy  when you were adding the interest. I was not legally able to enter into a payment arrangement during that time. I am willing to pay the original $600 for the services completed. I tried explaining that to the first rep I talked with. When I called to get a statement I was treated wrong which is in violation of the FDCPA. I would like to take care of this but want fair treatment. Please update my account.

      Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address Mr. ***** concerns regarding his accounts with Northwest Financial Services (NW). Currently Mr. *** has a balance due of $152.83, the providers that he owes does have a contract with NW, services were provided to him by my clients ********* ********** ** ** ******* ********* ****** ********* *** ****** **** **** ** *********. I have attached an itemized statement reflecting what services were rendered for Mr. ***** review.
      Not all accounts are eligible to report to a credit reporting agency at one time or at all. It is our desire to resolve accounts for our clients within a 6-month period, since Mr. *** has had these accounts placed since 2019 with NW it is important to get those resolved quickly. Please let Mr. *** know to reach out to our office for resolution.
