    We reached out to ***** ********* *** ****** ** ***** *** ******** ******* in August of 2022. ***** with “Fence and Concrete Masters” was contracted for additional concrete around the pool/pool deck, “cool deck” overlay colored to go over the existing concrete around the pool, custom pergola, fencing, and new railing around the deck.

    He asked us to pay before xmas because his guys needed xmas money.

    To date, he has not finished one job he was hired for. We went without railing on our deck and around a 12 foot drop off on our driveway for 8 months…..we used a fence panel as a gate for 8 months. The overlay was supposed to be a consistent color and texture…..it is drastically different and there is no way to cover it up. The white portion of our pool is scratched and dyed from the colored overlay that ran into the pool that they just left. We have tried everything and the pool rim is completely ruined.

    We also paid them $8,000 for a custom pergola but ended up buying pre-made kits (another $7,000 out of pocket) because he refused to give us any materials he stated he purchased.
    He finally came two weeks ago to pick up the fence railings to weld a gate. He also told us he wasn’t finishing anything else for us unless we paid him $10,000 more than our contracts. We pulled up the contracts and verified the measurements with another contractor. We held on to the concrete stamps and asked him to bring us the gates back and at that time we would give him the stamps. One hour later, the sheriff showed up saying that ***** told him we were stealing his “stuff”. The sheriffs both agreed that the work they were looking at was less than desirable and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t do more to help us.

    They have posted our property to advertise without permission ALL over their facebook, website, and produced a commercial. We have requested them to be removed and the response we received from *****, “Uhhh, sorry. It’s not illegal. LOL”

    on May 12, 2022 we paid this company $1000 down on a $2,000 bid to construct a fence around our concrete porch. We contacted the owner, ***** several times to see when he would be beginning the project. He assured us he had bought the materials and would be at our home soon. When he didn't show up after a couple of months we called him again. He always had an excuse, on vacation, his brother was visiting him, he had covid. He then said he would refund our money. He mentioned he would bring the fencing he bought and would refund us $500. He never came to pay us or deliver the fence (which I'm sure he never bought).

    We took the down payment and ordered materials. We couldn't schedule the job fast enough for them. I offered a settlement once I was able to sell the materials that were purchased for this job. She did not like the terms of my settlement.

    I am rejecting this response because: we offered to buy materials from him but he never brought them to us.  I’m not sure he ever bought them.  I would never have sent a complaint if he had done that.  It’s his word vs mine.  I have no ulterior motive in reporting this business.  He owes us the $1000 .  It’s a shame he doesn’t understand this is not the way to do business or find new customers.

    My gates won't even open. Dogs can possibly get out. Huge gaps between ground and start of fence
    The company has been contacted by ne 9 times. 7 times Vincent said he would be out in a couple days. Now when I call it goes to voicemail.

    11/24/21 I hired Fence Masters to supply and install 2 double gates into an existing chain link fence. He first
    said once we signed they would do the work in December. Gave me the runaround until; late January
    then when the did install, they put in some gates that looked like they came from a Junior High
    Welding shop on the first day of class. They have sharp edges and rusted they were not even finished
    no locking mechanism except a piece of chain didn't paint them to prevent rust or put caps on. They
    look like crap and I'm going to just have either pay someone else to replace them or do it my self.
    ***** claimed they would make it right but all I get is the run around. But I do have our whole text
    conversation from beginning to end.
