    They do not pay their bills ! Always saying they had someone filed bankruptcy on their company.

    Horrible communication. Was told our flooring would be in within about five days and was only being shipped from the Kansas City location about an hour away. It was over two months before we got all of the pieces of our flooring including the transition pieces. You call 1 million times and nobody answers. They take no responsibility. They said they would ship the transition pieces so we didn’t have to drive for a third time an hour and a half one way to get there. Then the pieces were shipped from Kansas City straight to Saint Joe and they said they would not ship them to us, even though none of this was our fault , five days turned into more like 65 days. They don’t care, they don’t help, they act like nothing is their fault. They loaded one pallet onto the back of my trailer, and even though I asked them to put saran wrap on it, they chose not to . 15 minutes down the road the whole pallet fell apart. Spent between one and two hours hand loading every heavy box into the back part of the truck without help. Even when they make mistakes, they put it on the shoulders of their custom to deal with the repercussions. They say they will call back and you’re lucky if they ever do. I cannot emphasize this enough: They don’t care.

    Ira installed are carpet his crew was super polite and very considerate of my home. We later had vinyl put in are kitchen and bath and again very considerate and a perfect job.
